Job Summary
We are looking for a creative, energetic, and results-driven **Female Marketing Executive & Content Creator** to join our team in Dubai.
This role combines content creation, social media management, on-camera presenting, and marketing campaign execution.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing digital channels, supporting retail marketing activities, and working closely with customers to increase brand awareness and sales.
**Important:** This role requires the successful candidate to regularly appear on camera, present products, create engaging video content, and represent the brand across social media platforms.
Content Creation & Social Media
- Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Plan, film, edit, and publish videos, reels, and short-form content.
- Present products on camera and create demonstrations, reviews, educational videos, and promotional content.
- Serve as a brand representative in social media content and marketing campaigns.
- Capture professional photos and videos for digital marketing and social media.
- Develop creative content ideas and campaign concepts.
- Manage social media accounts and maintain a consistent posting schedule.
- Write captions, promotional copy, and social media content.
- Monitor content performance and identify opportunities for growth and engagement.
Marketing & Customer Support
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to support brand growth and sales.
- Coordinate promotional activities with retail customers and business partners.
- Visit customer locations to support marketing initiatives and create content.
- Work with customers to improve product visibility through displays, promotions, and in-store marketing activities.
- Coordinate the distribution and implementation of marketing materials, displays, banners, and promotional items.
- Support product launches, seasonal campaigns, and special promotions.
- Assist in organizing exhibitions, trade shows, customer events, and marketing activations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
Requirements
- Female candidate.
- Fluent in **English and Arabic** (spoken and written).
- Comfortable and confident appearing on camera.
- Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in marketing, content creation, social media management, or related fields.
- Strong photography and videography skills.
- Experience with video editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
- Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or other design tools is an advantage.
- Creative, organized, and proactive.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel within the UAE to visit customers and attend events.
- UAE driving license is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in brand marketing, trade marketing, retail marketing, or digital marketing.
- Experience working directly with customers and retail partners.
- Portfolio showcasing previous content creation, photography, videography, and social media work.
- Experience appearing on camera for social media content, product presentations, or marketing campaigns.
