What You'll Do
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and genrate property listings for the company
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying new business opportunities.
- Work with the team to bring in **new inventory** and meet sales targets.
- Keep accurate records and manage your sales pipeline in CRM.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven real estate **Telesales experience** with a solid track record of hitting targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Self-driven, proactive, and eager to grow within the company.
- Experience in **bringing in new inventory** to the company is a bonus.
