Requirements
- Native Arabic speaker with good spoken and written English.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of technical-support experience.
- Education or school-management systems experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and training skills.
- Being based in Qatar and available to join immediately is preferred.
