Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in a homecare setting.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
• Administer medications, IV therapy, wound care, and other nursing procedures as prescribed.
• Monitor and record patients’ vital signs and clinical progress.
• Provide patient and family education regarding health management, treatment, and preventive care.
• Collaborate with physicians, healthcare providers, and family members to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date nursing documentation and reports.
• Ensure adherence to infection control, patient safety, and professional nursing standards.
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide appropriate interventions.

Qualifications

• **Education:** Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent / Diploma in Nursing.
• **License:** Valid **MOH/DHA license** or **eligibility letter** (mandatory).
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in **homecare, hospital, or clinical setting**.
• Strong clinical knowledge and ability to work independently in patients’ homes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, reliable, and adaptable to diverse patient needs.
• Must be willing to work in a **homecare environment** with flexible shifts.
• Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

• Home Care Nursing: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification
