Recovery Lab is a modern wellness facility offering advanced recovery and performance treatments rooted in science and holistic health. From cryotherapy and red light therapy to lymphatic drainage and other biohacking solutions, we support our clients in optimizing both body and mind.

Position Overview:

We are hiring a female Front Desk Receptionist who is fluent in both Arabic and English, with at least 3 years of proven experience in customer service. The ideal candidate is professional, wellness-oriented, and eager to grow her knowledge in cutting-edge wellness and recovery treatments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome clients warmly in Arabic and English
• Manage calls, emails, bookings, and client check-in/check-out
• Ensure seamless front desk operations with a client-first mindset
• Learn and develop expertise in all services and treatment protocols
• Be trained on how to operate wellness and biohacking technologies (e.g., cryotherapy, red light therapy, lymphatic drainage devices etc.)
• Educate clients about treatments and assist with service recommendations
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the reception and common areas
• Support administrative and operational tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Candidate fluent in both Arabic and English (written and spoken)
• Minimum 3 years of customer service or front desk experience is mandatory
• Highly organized, professional, and client-focused
• Strong interest in wellness, biohacking, and a healthy lifestyle
• Willingness and ability to learn technical operation of wellness equipment
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using scheduling systems and office tools
• Team player with a positive and proactive attitude

Pay: QAR7,000.00 per month
