Position overview
Front desk receptionist role at a wellness center.
The role is described as in person.
Key responsibilities
- Manage calls, emails, bookings, and client check-in and check-out.
- Ensure smooth, client-first front desk operations.
- Learn the center’s services and treatment protocols.
- Train to operate wellness and biohacking technologies, including cryotherapy, red light therapy, and lymphatic drainage devices.
- Educate clients about treatments and assist with service recommendations.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in reception and common areas.
- Support administrative and operational tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Fluent in one or both of Arabic and English, written and spoken; a later language line lists Arabic and English as required.
- At least three years of customer service or front desk experience; three years of customer service is labeled required.
- Be organized, professional, and client-focused.
- Have a strong interest in wellness, biohacking, and a healthy lifestyle.
- Be willing and able to learn the technical operation of wellness equipment.
- Be comfortable using scheduling systems and office tools.
- Be a proactive team player eager to learn.
