We are expanding our footprint and looking for a high-energy, charismatic, and growth-minded **Business Development Manager** to join our team.

The Role & What You’ll Do
This is a dynamic, hybrid role that blends corporate business development with hands-on hospitality PR.
You won’t be chained to a desk; instead, you will be the face of our brands across schools, corporate spaces, and our own vibrant outlets.
1. B2B Growth & School Catering
- Drive the expansion of our premium school catering division by identifying and building partnerships with top-tier international schools in Dubai and Sharjah.
- Secure and lead high-level meetings with school principals, administrators, and decision-makers.
2. Relationship Management
- Nurture and maintain exceptional, positive long-term relationships with our existing partner schools, ensuring our service standards constantly exceed expectations.
3. Concept Catering Spearhead
- Drive the catering and events strategy for two of our unique F&B concepts: an upscale grillhouse concept and a trendy, high-volume brunch concept.
4. On-Floor PR & Brand Ambassadorship
- Spend energetic, meaningful time on the floor of our Dubai and Sharjah outlets.
- Interact with guests, build strong community PR, and actively promote a welcoming, premium culture.
5. Content & Brand Storytelling
- Collaborate directly with our Content Creator to feature in and help design informative, engaging social media reels showcasing our behind-the-scenes operations and brand ethos.
Who You Are
- We are looking for a polished, highly articulate professional with an international outlook who can seamlessly transition from a boardroom meeting with a school principal to a bustling restaurant floor.
- **The Right Mindset:** You have a massive eagerness to learn and grow. You love the energy of hospitality and are *not* looking for a standard, predictable 9-to-5 desk job.
- **Flexibility:** You thrive on a dynamic schedule. While we deeply respect working hours and firmly believe in work-life balance, your daily shift timings will vary based on operations (all changes are communicated well in advance).
- **Skills:** Strong B2B sales track record, exceptional communication skills, natural charisma, and a camera-confident personality.
- **Requirements:** A **valid UAE Driving License** is mandatory for this role to navigate between Dubai and Sharjah seamlessly.
Work Structure & Schedule
- You will work directly under our Hospitality Director, who provides a fully structured weekly calendar, clear KPIs, and the strategic plans you need to succeed.
- **Working Week:** 6 days per week.
- **The Hybrid Perks:**
- **Wednesday:** Fixed Work-from-Home (WFH) day.
- **Sunday:** Fixed day off to recharge.
