About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and run monthly content calendars across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Google for all brands.
• Use Claude to draft captions, ad copy, promotions, newsletters, and review/comment replies, then refine for brand voice.
• Produce visuals and short-form video using tools such as Canva AI, Midjourney/Imagen, and CapCut, and coordinate professional photography when needed.
• Schedule, publish, and monitor content through scheduling platforms, ensuring consistent posting across all accounts.
• Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads to drive footfall, bookings, and ROI.
• Design and execute promotions and seasonal offers (e.g. Ramadan, weekend deals, loyalty programs) end-to-end.
• Manage community: respond to comments, DMs, and Google reviews promptly, escalating sensitive cases.
• Track results (reach, engagement, ad spend, bookings) and deliver clear monthly reports with recommendations.

Requirements

• 2+ years in social media or digital marketing, ideally in hospitality, beauty, or retail.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (writing and editing).
• Excellent working knowledge of social media scheduling and publishing tools such as Buffer, SocialBee, Metricool, Hootsuite, or SocialPilot.
• Strong, proven experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads management and optimization, including budgeting, targeting, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
• Hands-on with AI marketing tools (Claude or similar) for content creation and workflow.
• Comfortable creating visuals and short-form video, with an eye for appetizing food and polished beauty content.
• Organized, self-driven, and able to manage multiple brands simultaneously
