In this mobile healthcare role, you will accompany physicians on home or on-site visits, assist with clinical procedures, and help deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
The ideal candidate is adaptable, professional, and comfortable working both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist doctors during medical consultations at patients’ homes or designated locations
- Conduct initial patient assessments, including **vital signs**, **medical histories**, and basic health evaluations
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Support minor medical procedures while strictly adhering to **infection control protocols**
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records in compliance with DHA standards
- Educate patients and caregivers on medication usage, post-visit care, and follow-up instructions
- Ensure that all medical kits and equipment are **well-stocked**, clean, and meet clinical quality standards
- Uphold patient **confidentiality**, **safety**, and **professionalism** at all times
Qualifications
- **Bachelor’s degree** or **Diploma in Nursing**
- **Valid DHA license or eligibility** (Registered Nurse or Assistant Nurse)
- Minimum **1 year of clinical experience**
- Strong **clinical judgment** and excellent **communication skills**
- Proficient in **English and Hindi**
- **Fresh DHA-eligible candidates currently in the UAE** are encouraged to apply
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in **mobile, home-based**, or **community healthcare services**
- Familiarity with **Electronic Medical Record (EMR)** systems
- **Basic Life Support (BLS)** certification
Work Schedule & Transportation
- **12-hour rotational shifts** (day and night)
- **Company-provided transportation** for all home/site visits (to and from office)
