About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented **Female Debt Management Sales Consultant (Tagalog Speaker)** to join our growing team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will have proven sales experience, preferably within debt management, banking, or financial services, and the ability to guide clients toward suitable financial relief solutions.
In this role, you will assess clients’ financial situations, recommend tailored debt management programs, and support them throughout the enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities
- Contact, qualify, and follow up with prospective clients in a timely manner
- Conduct detailed consultations via phone or in person to evaluate clients’ financial situations
- Analyze liabilities and recommend suitable solutions such as:
- Debt Consolidation
- Debt Restructuring
- Debt Settlement
• Legal Support Services
- Clearly explain company services and guide clients through the enrollment process
- Build strong client relationships to maximize conversions and customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with internal departments including Customer Service, Legal, and Verification teams
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain accurate client records using CRM systems and internal databases
- Handle objections professionally and provide effective solutions
- Provide post-sales support until client onboarding is completed
Requirements
- Female candidates only
- 1–3 years of proven sales experience (experience in debt management or financial services is an advantage)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to explain financial products and basic legal concepts clearly
- UAE market knowledge or experience with UAE banking/collection practices is highly preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and Google Workspace
- Fluent in both English and Tagalog
