Role Overview

Rosmetic is seeking a professional, confident, and patient-focused Customer Service/Receptionist for a premium aesthetic clinic in Dubai.

The role focuses on exceptional patient experience in a luxury healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls to book, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments.
Respond to patient inquiries about treatments, services, pricing, and clinic policies.
Make outbound calls for appointment reminders, follow-ups, and client re-engagement.
Promote current services, treatment packages, and limited-time offers.
Maintain patient records in the CRM system.
Coordinate with front desk staff, nurses, and doctors to support smooth patient flow.
Maintain patient confidentiality and detailed call documentation.

Requirements

At least one year of call center or customer service experience.
At least one year of experience with an aesthetic clinic.
Excellent spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
Friendly, empathetic, and patient-centered communication style.
Strong organization, attention to detail, multitasking ability, phone etiquette, and sales confidence.
Healthcare or medical aesthetics experience is a strong advantage.
