Adept at managing Letters of Credit (LC), bank guarantees, import/export documentation, and coordinating with clients and internal departments to ensure smooth transaction processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisted customers with trade finance products and banking services.
- Processed and monitored Letters of Credit (LC), collections, bank guarantees, and remittances.
- Verified import/export documents for accuracy and compliance with international banking standards.
- Coordinated with clients, shipping companies, and internal teams to resolve transaction issues efficiently.
- Maintained accurate records and ensured timely reporting and documentation.
- Responded to customer queries professionally while delivering high-quality service.
- Ensured compliance with bank policies, AML regulations, and trade finance procedures.
- Supported daily operational activities and improved customer satisfaction through effective communication.
