Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Female Customer Care Executive to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be fluent in Malayalam, English, and Hindi, with excellent communication skills and a warm, professional attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Understand customer needs and guide them in selecting jewellery products
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints effectively
- Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on new collections
- Support the sales team to achieve store targets
- Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction at all times
Requirements
- Female candidates only
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or retail (jewellery experience preferred)
- Fluent in Malayalam, English, and Hindi
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Well-groomed with a pleasant and professional appearance
- Ability to work in a team and in a fast-paced retail environment
- Valid Qatar residence permit (preferred) or eligible to transfer visa
