Overview
We are a car financing company looking for a **Female Collection Officer** to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with customers regarding outstanding installments.
- Contact customers via phone and other communication channels.
- Record and update collection activities.
- Prepare daily collection reports.
- Coordinate with the team to achieve collection targets.
Requirements
- **Must have a valid UAE residence visa that is transferable (or can be sponsored by the company).**
- Good knowledge of **Microsoft Office**, especially **Excel** and **Word**.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Polite and professional when dealing with customers.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Previous experience in collections or customer service is preferred.
