Overview
Role & responsibilities Beauty Consultations: Listen to client preferences and assess their skin type or hair condition to recommend suitable styles, treatments, and colors.
Skin Care & Makeup: Perform facials, exfoliation treatments, and apply professional makeup for daily wear or special events.
Hair Care: Wash, cut, style, and color hair, as well as provide scalp treatments.
Nail Care: Provide manicures, pedicures, nail shaping, polishing, and nail art.
Hair Removal: Perform waxing, threading, or other temporary/permanent hair removal methods.
Product Sales: Educate clients on at-home skincare regimens and cross-sell professional beauty products.
Salon Maintenance: Keep the workstation and tools immaculately clean and properly sterilized according to health and safety standards.
Customer Administration: Book appointments, manage walk-ins, process payments, and maintain updated client records regarding treatments
