Role overview
VIP MOTORS LLC is seeking an Accountant to manage financial transactions, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of accounting work experience in the UAE.
- Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures; advanced MS Excel skills; and experience with general ledger functions.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, and ability to handle pressure at work.
- BSc in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant degree.
- Tagalog language proficiency is required.
Responsibilities
- Manage accounting transactions and prepare budget forecasts and timely financial statements.
- Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings; reconcile accounts payable and receivable; ensure timely bank payments.
- Compute taxes and prepare tax returns; manage balance sheets and profit-and-loss statements.
- Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity and audit financial transactions and documents.
- Protect financial data confidentiality, conduct database backups when necessary, and comply with financial policies and regulations.
