Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Female Accountant to join our café team in Doha, Qatar.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily POS transactions and sales reconciliation.
- Enter and process supplier invoices accurately.
- Monitor and maintain inventory records.
- Track stock movements and assist with inventory control.
- Monitor employee attendance and absences.
- Prepare monthly payroll timesheets and salary reports.
- Maintain accounting records and support daily administrative operations.
- Generate periodic financial and operational reports.
Requirements
- Previous experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or café/restaurant operations.
- Experience working with POS systems.
- Knowledge of inventory management and stock control.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain accuracy in reporting.
