Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site FMCG Sales Executive role based in Dubai.
The FMCG Sales Executive is responsible for developing and managing relationships with retail and wholesale customers, including supermarkets, groceries, and distributors, to drive sales of household and cleaning products.
Day-to-day tasks include visiting clients, presenting product offerings, negotiating pricing and promotions, and ensuring product visibility and availability on shelves.
The role involves monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and adjust sales strategies.
The FMCG Sales Executive will also prepare sales reports, track targets, coordinate with internal teams on order processing and deliveries, and support promotional campaigns and in-store activations as needed.
Qualifications
- Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel frequently within Dubai and surrounding areas for client visits.
- Proven experience in FMCG sales, preferably within household or cleaning products, with a strong record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Solid skills in client relationship management, account management, and customer service within retail and wholesale channels.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence buying decisions and close deals.
- Good understanding of FMCG market dynamics in the Gulf region, including channel structures, pricing, merchandising, and promotion strategies.
- Ability to plan and prioritize field visits, manage routes efficiently, and work independently to achieve daily and monthly objectives.
- Comfort with using basic digital tools and software (e.g., MS Office, CRM or sales tracking systems) to manage data and reporting
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in sales.
- Professional proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other regional languages is an advantage.
- Ethical, reliable, and adaptable, with a commitment to delivering high-quality service to diverse customers.
