Overview
We are looking for a Fashion Operations & Design Assistant to support our fashion brand across design development, production coordination, and daily operations.
The role is suitable for a recent graduate or junior professional with a fashion-related background who is eager to learn and grow within the industry.
Training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Assist with fabric sourcing and production follow-up
- Support sample development and quality checks
- Help prepare product information.
- Assist with photoshoots, product launches, and website updates
- Support social media content and day-to-day brand activities
- Maintain organized records and operational documents
Requirements
- Background in Fashion Design, Fashion Business, or a related field
- Understanding of fabrics, garment construction, and fashion production
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and a proactive attitude
Preferred
- Experience with fashion content, styling, or photoshoots
- Knowledge of Shopify or e-commerce platforms
- Basic graphic design skills
- Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
