Job Description

• A Premium International Fashion brand is seeking highly talented and experienced Fashion Designers specializing in menswear, womenswear and Kid swear across multi-product categories.
• ***Responsibilities:***
• Assist in the design and development of Menswear and womenswear collections across various product categories, including apparel, and accessories,
• Conduct thorough research and analysis of market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor offerings to inform and inspire design direction.
• Develop and present design concepts, mood boards, sketches, and technical drawings that effectively communicate design vision and intent.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Merchandising, Product Development, and Production, to ensure seamless execution of designs within timelines and budget constraints.
• Stay updated on global fashion trends and emerging techniques, infusing creativity and innovation into designs.
• Source and select fabrics, trims, and materials that meet design specifications and quality standards, considering the specific regional preferences and requirements.
• Attend and actively participate in fittings, providing input and making adjustments to achieve desired fit and aesthetic.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date design documentation, including tech packs, size specifications, and production instructions.
• Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers to ensure the highest quality standards are met.
• A solid understanding of the luxury market and a strong aesthetic sensibility.
• Passion for premium segment fashion, with a dedication to creating designs that exude sophistication, elegance, and craftsmanship.
• ***Qualifications:***
• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
• Proven experience 3-5 yrs (at least Maximum 7 years) as a Fashion Designer, with a strong focus on menswear and womenswear across multi-product categories.
• Strong understanding of garment construction, fit, and fabrication, with the ability to translate concepts into viable products.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and CAD tools.
• Knowledge of patternmaking, technical design, and production processes.
• Excellent research and trend analysis abilities, with a keen eye for fashion aesthetics.
• Strong communication, presentation, and teamwork skills.
• Good knowledge of premium fabrics, trims and materials, along with the ability to source and select the best options for each design.
• Experience working in the UAE, UK, or the Europe fashion market is highly desirable.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment, while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
