About This Role

Company Description

Scrub N is redefining the concept of uniforms by blending functionality with the style of high-end fashion brands. As a unique uniform store, we strive to transform the traditional image of professional attire into one that aligns with fashion-forward trends. Our commitment is to bring innovative designs and quality products to our customers. At Scrub N, creativity and excellence are at the forefront of our mission.

Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Fashion Creative Lead to work on-site at our Riyadh location. The role includes collaborating with the design team to oversee fashion styling and design processes, developing creative concepts, and guiding the execution of innovative uniform collections. The Fashion Creative Lead will also engage in marketing strategies to elevate the brand and contribute to sales efforts through brand representation and customer engagement. Effective leadership, trend forecasting, and attention to detail will be essential to achieving success in this role.

1. Brand & Creative Direction (Top Priority)

             •           Own the overall fashion vision of the brand across all collections

             •           Define and protect the brand DNA (silhouettes, color language, fabric direction, mood)

             •           Ensure every collection aligns with target market positioning (price point, lifestyle, prestige)

             •           Approve final creative decisions before production

2. Collection Strategy & Planning

             •           Build the seasonal collection roadmap (drops, capsules, core items, limited editions)

             •           Decide what categories to focus on (hero products, commercial basics, statement pieces)

             •           Balance trend vs. timeless pieces for profitability

             •           Set collection themes & concepts and brief the Fashion Designer clearly

3. Managing the Fashion Designer (Critical)

             •           Translate brand vision into clear creative briefs for the Fashion Designer

             •           Review sketches, fabrics, trims, and silhouettes — give directional feedback, not redesigning

             •           Push for higher standards while protecting the designer’s creativity

             •           Ensure designs are commercially viable, not just creative

4. Trend & Market Intelligence

             •           Track global fashion trends, materials, colors, and silhouettes

             •           Analyze competitors and aspirational brands (luxury & premium)

             •           Adapt trends to fit your brand identity, not copy

             •           Identify future opportunities before they hit the local market

5. Fabric, Fit & Quality Direction

             •           Approve fabric direction with sourcing/production teams

             •           Ensure fit, comfort, and durability meet brand standards

             •           Define quality benchmarks (hand feel, construction, finishing)

             •           Sign off on final samples before bulk production

6. Commercial & Business Alignment

             •           Work closely with:

             •           Sales → ensure designs sell

             •           Marketing → ensure visuals tell the right story

             •           Production → ensure feasibility and timelines

             •           Influence pricing strategy with design value in mind

             •           Focus on sell-through, margins, and repeat bestsellers

7. Visual & Styling Direction

             •           Direct the styling of campaigns, lookbooks, and e-commerce

             •           Approve models, styling mood, accessories, and overall visual tone

             •           Ensure consistency across:

             •           Website

             •           Social media

             •           Packaging

             •           Retail (if applicable)

8. Team Leadership & Culture

             •           Mentor and elevate creative talent

             •           Set creative standards and workflows

             •           Maintain efficiency between creative and production teams

             •           Build a high-taste, high-discipline fashion culture

Qualifications

  • Fashion Styling, Fashion Design, and general Fashion expertise
  • Strong background in Marketing and experience with marketing campaigns
  • Sales knowledge and ability to engage customers effectively
  • Exceptional creativity, leadership, and ability to work collaboratively in a team
  • Track record of creating innovative designs or styling within the fashion industry
  • Understanding of the local and international fashion market is a plus
