Position Overview
Delhi Fashion Club LLC is seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and trend-aware Fashion Coordinator to support styling, collection planning, and fashion event coordination.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in curating fashion concepts, coordinating designers and vendors, and ensuring seamless execution of fashion showcases, photo shoots, and retail presentations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and coordinating seasonal fashion collections aligned with brand identity and market trends
- Support designers in developing mood boards, fabric selection, color palettes, and styling direction
- Coordinate fashion shoots, runway shows, exhibitions, and promotional events from concept to execution
- Liaise with models, stylists, photographers, makeup artists, and production teams
- Manage inventory of samples, garments, and accessories for events and shoots
- Track fashion trends in regional and international markets to support design decisions
- Work closely with marketing teams to ensure consistent visual branding across campaigns
- Maintain schedules, fittings, and timelines for all fashion-related projects
- Assist in sourcing materials, vendors, and fashion suppliers locally and internationally
- Ensure quality control and presentation standards for all showcased collections
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Fashion Design, Fashion Merchandising, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in fashion coordination, styling, or fashion production
- Strong understanding of fashion trends, textiles, and garment construction
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and team collaboration abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and fashion design tools (Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop is a plus)
- Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in fashion events or retail fashion brands is preferred
Preferred Skills
- Creative eye for styling and visual presentation
- Strong networking within fashion and creative industries
- Knowledge of Middle Eastern and South Asian fashion markets
- Event coordination experience in luxury or contemporary fashion segments

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to QAR650,000.00 per year
