About The Role
We are looking for a passionate, proactive, and detail-oriented Fashion Studio & Operations Assistant to join our growing fashion brand.
This is a dynamic, hands-on role for someone who loves fashion and enjoys being involved in every aspect of the business.
No two days are the same—you will play an essential role in ensuring our studio, production, retail space, and client experience run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee day-to-day workshop and production operations.
- Track production timelines and communicate with suppliers and artisans to ensure deadlines are met.
- Assist during client consultations and fittings, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Welcome and assist walk-in clients at the studio/store.
- Support pop-up events, exhibitions, trunk shows, and brand activations.
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and product organization.
- Prepare and package customer orders when required.
- Maintain the organization and presentation of the studio and retail space.
- Assist with content creation, behind-the-scenes shoots, and social media tasks as needed.
- Handle general administrative and operational duties to support the team.
- Be a reliable all-round support across the business wherever needed.

- Is flexible and willing to support different areas of the business.
- Previous experience in fashion, retail, production, or customer service is an advantage but not essential.
