Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for a Family Office Finance and Investment Executive.
The role involves overseeing the family office’s financial affairs, including cash flow management, budgeting, and financial reporting across the group’s holdings.
The Executive will analyze and evaluate investment opportunities, conduct due diligence, and support portfolio allocation across asset classes such as real estate, listed securities, and private investments.
They will prepare financial models, scenario analyses, and investment memoranda to support decision-making by family principals and senior leadership.
The role also includes monitoring investment performance, managing relationships with banks and external advisors, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and supporting wealth planning, risk management, and governance initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in finance and investments, including experience with financial modeling, valuation, and portfolio analysis.
- Proficiency in accounting and reporting, including budgeting, cash flow management, and preparation of management reports.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct investment research and due diligence, synthesize complex information, and present clear recommendations.
- Experience in managing relationships with banks, asset managers, legal and tax advisors, and other external partners.
- Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare concise reports and present to senior stakeholders.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism in handling confidential financial and family information.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple projects, and deliver within tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; a master’s degree, CFA, or CPA qualification is an advantage.
- Experience in a family office, investment firm, private banking, or corporate finance role in the region is highly beneficial.
