**Alfarabi Medical Center** is seeking a dedicated and compassionate **Family Medicine Specialist, Arabic Speaker** to join our multidisciplinary team.
The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive, patient-centered care to individuals and families of all ages while maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and management of acute and chronic medical conditions.
- Deliver preventive healthcare services, including health screenings, vaccinations, and lifestyle counseling.
- Manage patients across all age groups and coordinate continuity of care.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress.
- Educate patients and families regarding disease prevention and health promotion.
- **Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).**
- Refer patients appropriately to other specialties and allied health services when required.
- Collaborate effectively with the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Ensure compliance with DOH regulations, clinical guidelines, and quality standards.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing medical education activities.
Requirements
- Medical Degree with specialization in Family Medicine.
- Valid **DOH License/Eligibility** as a Family Medicine Specialist.
- Minimum **2 years of UAE experience** in a medical center, primary healthcare center, or hospital setting is preferred.
- Excellent clinical judgment and communication skills.
- Proficiency in EMR systems and medical documentation.
- **Arabic speaking is mandatory.**
- Ability to provide compassionate, culturally sensitive, and patient-focused care.
- Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED30,000.00 per month
