Full-Time Family & Business Assistant – Dubai
We are looking for a highly organized, trustworthy, and detail-oriented Personal & Household Assistant to support our family and business operations long-term.
This is a flexible all-round support role for someone proactive who enjoys maintaining a beautiful, organized environment and helping life run smoothly and supporting both family and business related tasks in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.
Responsibilities include
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and high standard home environment
- Laundry, ironing, and general upkeep
- Simple healthy meal preparation
- Occasional childcare support/playtime when needed
- Running errands, deliveries, and coordination tasks
- Administrative and marketing assistant support for our businesses when needed
- This role is ideal for someone who:
- Has very high attention to detail
- Naturally sees what needs to be done
- Is flexible and solution-oriented
- Is calm, trustworthy, and responsible
- Enjoys both household organization and assistant tasks
- Can work independently without constant supervision
Important
Cleaning and maintaining high household standards is an important part of the role, so we are looking for someone comfortable with both home and assistant responsibilities.
You will sometimes travel with the family to Europe, USA and other places so important that you don’t have any travel or visa restrictions due to f.ex earlier overstay.
Full-time position based in Dubai.
Salary
- AED 6,000-8,000 depending on experience and fit.
