Overview
- Deliver high-quality lectures, tutorials, and seminars across different programs in alignment with course and program learning outcomes.
- Design, develop, and continuously update course syllabi, instructional materials, and assessment methods, integrating innovative and technology-enhanced teaching strategies.
- Deliver undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Business Administration and related disciplines.
- Develop and update course materials, assessments, and learning resources in alignment with accreditation standards.
- Utilize innovative teaching methodologies and technology-enhanced learning tools.
- Supervise student projects, internships, dissertations, and research activities.
- Maintain high standards of student engagement and academic achievement.
- Conduct high-quality research and publish in reputable peer-reviewed journals.
- Secure research grants and participate in funded research projects.
- Present research findings at national and international conferences.
- Contribute to the University's research strategy and scholarly reputation.
