Responsibilities
- Visit clients regularly and build relationships through listening, reliable follow-through, and in-person support.
- Understand clients' operations, equipment, needs, and challenges; recommend appropriate SWS products and solutions.
- Help clients resolve technical questions, product concerns, troubleshooting, and application challenges.
- Report client feedback, competitor activity, market changes, and emerging opportunities to SWS.
- Record visits, follow-ups, opportunities, and client insights in HubSpot CRM.
- Identify improvements to the client experience, SWS offerings, and support for served industries.
- Support business development and lead generation; participate in meetings, training, reporting, and KPI tracking.
- Collaborate with fellow representatives and cross-functional teams, share insights, and continue product and professional learning.
- Represent SWS professionally through preparation, communication, and presentation in the field.
Candidate profile
- Enjoy regular travel and client-facing field work, including travel by car and air.
- Communicate clearly, professionally, and empathetically; listen carefully and ask thoughtful questions.
- Work independently while maintaining close team connections.
- Manage territory activity, travel, reporting, and follow-up effectively.
- Be proactive, resourceful, dependable, and committed to ongoing learning and development.
Compensation and benefits
- Compensation starts at a $70,000 base salary, with extended health benefits and the opportunity for a quarterly bonus.
