Role overview
Manage stock and day-to-day factory operations using the company's inventory system.
The role is with Sahar Alsharq Perfumes Factory LLC in the UAE.
Responsibilities
- Follow daily factory production and shop orders and ensure orders are sent on time.
- Track raw materials, including oils, bottles, and packaging, and flag shortages early.
- Monitor shop stock, including receiving, transfers between shops, and stock counts.
- Approve and follow up on shop supply requests.
- Support planning of seasonal offers and track their results.
- Send a short weekly report to management.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in factory management.
- Proficiency with Excel and comfort working with numbers and apps.
- Organized, reliable, and able to follow up independently.
- Arabic and English language skills.
- A UAE driving licence.
Training
