Overview
We are seeking an experienced Factory Manager to oversee production, ensure food safety and quality compliance, and lead factory operations and teams to achieve efficiency and performance targets.
Key Responsibilities
· Oversee daily production operations and ensure output targets are met efficiently and safely. · Maintain product quality and ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, and food safety standards. · Manage production planning, workflows, inventory, and equipment utilization. · Lead, train, and supervise production teams to ensure performance and discipline. · Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste. · Coordinate maintenance, hygiene, and overall factory operational standards.
Experience
· 3–5+ years of experience in food manufacturing, production, or quality assurance. · Proven experience managing factory operations and production teams. · Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, food safety, and quality control systems. · Understanding of production planning, process improvement, and workflow optimization. · Experience with food manufacturing equipment and production processes.
