Factory Manager
We are seeking a highly experienced, hands-on
Factory Manager
to lead the full operational performance of our manufacturing facility, ensuring efficiency, accountability, quality, and on-time project delivery.
This role requires both
strong leadership and deep technical manufacturing expertise
.
The ideal candidate must have proven hands-on experience in the manufacturing of our core products and be capable of resolving technical production challenges—not just managing timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily factory operations across Production, Quality, HSE, Maintenance, Planning, Supply Chain, and manpower coordination
- Ensure all projects and production targets are delivered on time and to required quality standards
- Monitor and enforce departmental KPIs, productivity, safety, quality, and operational discipline
- Identify risks, bottlenecks, delays, and inefficiencies, implementing immediate corrective actions
- Drive waste reduction, process improvement, and manufacturing efficiency
- Coordinate with HR on manpower planning and workforce productivity
- Attend client and internal operational meetings and report directly to senior management
Requirements
- Minimum
- 10 years of manufacturing leadership experience
- in heavy industrial / steel manufacturing
- Mandatory hands-on technical experience in manufacturing
- lighting poles, high mast poles, lattice towers, monopoles, transmission structures, and solar mounting structures
- **Strong knowledge of**
- steel fabrication, welding, forming, assembly, hot-dip galvanizing, industrial painting, and quality control
- **Ability to troubleshoot technical production challenges and lead multidisciplinary operational teams**
- **Strong KPI management, planning, and operational leadership skills.**
