Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily factory production activities and manpower.
• Handle production related to wooden doors, joinery, and timber products.
• Ensure production targets and delivery schedules are achieved.
• Coordinate with production, planning, and quality departments.
• Monitor workmanship and maintain quality standards.
• Ensure proper utilization of materials, machinery, and manpower.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping standards within the factory.
• Report daily production progress to management.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in wooden joinery, doors, and timber industry.
• Strong knowledge of factory operations and production processes.
• Ability to supervise carpenters, machine operators, and factory workers.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• UAE experience preferred.
