Overview

  • We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and experienced Supervisor to join our team..
  • This role is key to ensuring the smooth, efficient, and safe execution of daily operations through proper coordination, oversight, and team management.
  • The Supervisor will work closely with staff, contractors, and management to ensure tasks are completed on time, quality standards are maintained, and operational requirements are met.
  • Main responsabilities:
  • Oversee daily site operations and maintenance activities to ensure work is carried out safely, efficiently, and according to company standards.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure tasks and activities stay on schedule.
  • Monitor work progress on site, identify delays or issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Conduct regular inspections to verify quality, safety compliance, and adherence to approved specifications.
  • Prepare and submit daily and weekly operational reports, highlighting progress, challenges, and resource needs.
  • Plan and allocate manpower, materials, and equipment to support smooth execution of activities.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including daily logs, inspection reports, and site photos.
  • Coordinate with procurement and commercial teams to ensure timely availability of materials and subcontractor support.
  • Lead, guide, and motivate team members while ensuring effective communication across all stakeholders.
  • Attend site meetings and provide operational input related to progress, safety, and resource coordination.
  • Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and service requests, troubleshooting MEP-related technical issues and ensuring quick resolution to minimize operational downtime.
  • Qualification and skills:
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Construction, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven supervisory experience within facilities, construction, fit-out, or operational and maintenance environments.
  • Strong understanding of on-site workflows, quality standards, and health & safety regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic scheduling or reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective coordination with teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to lead, guide, and motivate teams while working collaboratively across departments.
  • Knowledge of using CAFM systems.

Experience

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a supervisory role within facilities, construction, fit-out, or related operational environments.
  • Demonstrated experience overseeing daily site activities, coordinating teams, and ensuring work quality and safety compliance.
  • Strong background in managing contractors, vendors, and workforce allocations across multiple tasks or projects.
  • Experience in maintaining site documentation, preparing reports, and supporting operational planning.
  • Familiarity with UAE regulations, safety standards, materials, and general site practices, especially within commercial or office environments.
