Role overview
Coordinates facilities operations and maintenance across Workers Villages.
Supports safe, reliable, efficient facilities and compliance with contractual requirements, health and safety standards, and operational procedures.
Facilities operations and maintenance
- Coordinate day-to-day facilities services and verify delivery against KPIs, SLAs, contracts, and procedures.
- Monitor maintenance of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, civil, building fabric, ELV, and fire protection systems.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, track work orders, and review technical reports and root-cause analyses.
Services, utilities, and safety
- Monitor cleaning, landscaping, irrigation, pest control, waste management, and related environmental services.
- Monitor potable water, sewage treatment, irrigation, electrical distribution, water storage, pumping stations, and related utilities.
- Participate in safety inspections, risk assessments, and audits; identify hazards and coordinate corrective actions.
Contractor coordination
- Monitor contractor performance against contract requirements and KPIs; review schedules, method statements, risk assessments, and permits as needed.
- Inspect completed work, verify technical and quality compliance, and record deficiencies and corrective actions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- 7–10 years of relevant facilities management and maintenance operations experience.
- Experience in contractor management, maintenance planning, and building systems.
- Strong technical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
