Role Overview
The Facilities Janitorial Technician is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and overall condition of company facilities.
This role performs routine janitorial and facility support duties while helping maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming work environment for employees and visitors.

Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous janitorial, custodial, facilities, or general maintenance experience is preferred but not required.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment, supplies, and safe cleaning practices.
- Ability to perform routine facility maintenance and groundskeeping tasks.
- Ability to safely use common hand tools and cleaning equipment.
- Professional Skills
- Strong work ethic with excellent attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including standing, lifting, bending, and walking throughout the shift.
- Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly Range: $18 - $21 (based on experience and skillset)
- 100% Employer-Paid Medical & Dental

- 9/80 Work Schedule (every other Friday off)
