- We are excited to share an opportunity for a Facilities Trainee – Telecommunications Engineer to join a dynamic team supporting telecom and infrastructure systems across multiple sites.
- 🎯 Purpose of the Role
- Support the facilities and telecom infrastructure team in maintaining, installing, and optimizing communication systems, ensuring high availability, safety, and compliance with industry standards.
- ✅ Key Responsibilities
- Support engineering activities for telecom and security systems within industrial facilities
- Assist in preparing engineering deliverables such as:
- ️ Block diagrams
- ️ Layouts
- ️ Cable routing drawings
- Contribute to:
- ️ Material Take-Offs (MTO)
- ️ Technical evaluations and documentation
- Review vendor documentation for systems including:
- ️ CCTV
- ️ PAGA
- ️ Telephone systems, LAN/WAN
- ️ Fiber optic networks
- Support basic technical studies (coverage, load calculations, etc.)
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (civil, electrical, etc.)
- Maintain and organize project documentation
- 🎓 Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- 0–2 years of experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (LAN, WAN, TCP/IP)
- Familiarity with fiber optics, cabling standards, and telecom systems
- Understanding of facility infrastructure (UPS, power, cooling systems)
