Perform routine and preventive maintenance on facility systems, including HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, compressed air, and building controls.
Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues to support manufacturing operations and reduce unplanned downtime.
Monitor and maintain facility infrastructure, such as lighting, doors, docks, roofs, floors, and structural components.
Support installation, relocation, and modification of equipment, coordinating with production, engineering, and outside contractors.
Respond to maintenance requests and work orders in a timely and efficient manner.
Maintain accurate maintenance records, logs, and documentation in the CMMS.
Assist with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) compliance, including inspections, audits, and corrective actions.
Perform basic fabrication tasks, such as carpentry, painting, welding, or light machining, depending on skill set.
Monitor facility utilities (water, gas, electrical, compressed air) and report abnormalities.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance facility reliability, energy efficiency, and safety.
Support emergency response efforts, including equipment failures, weather events, or facility incidents.
