  • Previous experience as a carpenter or technician on commercial construction or special projects/renovation work.
  • Strong skillset in light framing, finish installation, selective demo, and repair‑focused construction tasks.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, measurements, and specifications.
  • Strong attention to detail, craftsmanship, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Ability to lift heavy materials and work in a physically demanding, fast‑paced field environment with frequent task changes.
  • Valid driver's license.
