Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum 6 months’ facility maintenance or custodian experience
• Hand and Machine tool experience required
• Basic computer and tablet aptitude
• PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
• Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment, up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to communicate effectively with verbal, visual, and listening skills
• Motor skills necessary to complete physical work and computer tasks
• Able to climb a ladder and work on a raised platform
• Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate any required computer keyboard, mouse, and other technical instruments
• WORK CONDITIONS
• Typical office and data center work environment with varying temperatures and loud noises
• PPE required including sturdy work boots, hardhat, glasses, and a high visibility vest when performing certain tasks
• Regular daily usage of a computer or workstation.
• Work on site; no telecommuting.
• SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
• Forklift Certification to be provided during employment.
• CPR/First Aid Certification to be provided during employment.
• Must wear close-toed shoes with a solid leather or composite sole.
• Must possess a current, valid state-issued driver’s license.
• Requires flexibility to work additional hours in evenings or weekends to meet business requirements or client needs.
• Compensation Pay Range
• For roles residing in the US, we share pay and benefit levels to support pay transparency requirements. For other countries, we are more than happy to share our competitive pay and benefit levels during the interview process.
• This is a remote position that requires reliable internet connection and electricity. A monthly stipend is provided to cover expenses associated with working remotely and use of a personal mobile device, if applicable.
• $24.23 - $34.62

Preferred Qualifications

• Fire and Life/Safety training preferred
• All regular full-time employees are eligible for an annual bonus; payout is dependent upon individual and company performance.
