Qualifications

  • Minimum requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certificate in water treatment or facilities maintenance preferred
  • 7 years of experience in industrial water treatment, facilities utilities, or related manufacturing support

Preferred qualifications:

  • 10 years of experience in industrial water treatment, facilities utilities, or related manufacturing support
  • Mechanical skill proficiency
  • Knowledge of IWW, DI/RO, cooling tower chemistry, basic water analysis methods, and SCADA systems
  • Ability to read P&IDs, follow SOPs, and perform basic mechanical troubleshooting
  • Demonstrated proactive problem-solving and attention to detail with strong record-keeping habits
  • Ability to mentor others and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Self-starter requiring little direction to identify and solve problems
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
  • Ability to interface professionally and effectively with all levels
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certificate in water treatment or facilities maintenance preferred
