Qualifications

  • Minimum education, high school diploma
  • 1-3 years of Maintenance experience; carpentry, electrical systems, HVAC, landscaping
  • Experience with small hand tools
  • Clean DMV Driving Record + pre-employment drug screening
  • Basic knowledge of general maintenance tasks and hand tools.
  • Familiarity with work order systems (Corrigo, ServiceNow, or similar).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with facility managers, engineers, contractors, and vendors.
  • Customer-focused mindset and commitment to meeting service level agreements (SLAs).

Responsibilities

  • Major Responsibilities:
  • ● Patch / Paint Walls
  • ● Install Corner Guards & Kick Plates
  • ● Ceiling Tile Replacement
  • ● Carpentry Repairs - As Needed.
  • ● Replace/Repair Carpet
  • ● Hang/Install Pictures/Electronics and Install Anchors
  • ● Door Repairs - Repair / Replace Door Handles, Adjust Door Closure
  • ● Exterior Pressure Wash
  • ● Dusting, cleaning
  • ● Plumbing Repairs - Unclog Toilets / Sinks, Replace Flush Sensors, Replace Faucets
  • ● Manage Corrigo Ticket - Ensure tickets are closed meeting SLA
  • ● Support Engineering as Needed - Replace HVAC Filters, Lighting, Restock Supplied, Manage Equipment Inventory and Organization Perform Site Inspections (Daily / Weekly / Monthly)
  • ● Engage with building occupants on repairs and ticket updates
  • Ensure Buildings Meet Client SLA
  • ● Vendor Escort Support Event Set-up/Furniture Move Request as needed
