Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Prioritize health and safety and comply with standards and regulations.
• Perform planned preventive maintenance on site equipment and respond to breakdowns.
• Communicate with affected teams, resolve equipment issues, and maintain equipment availability.
• Learn from breakdowns, suggest improvements through the line manager, and support senior technicians.
• Manage contractors.

Basic qualifications

• Experience maintaining, repairing, troubleshooting, and diagnosing material handling equipment and automated conveyor systems.
• At least 2 years of refrigeration industry experience.

Preferred qualifications

• Electrical engineering field experience and warehouse operations experience.
• Automation and version-control experience, or firewall management and web security experience.
• A bachelor's degree in an advanced technical field.
• Experience with print-and-apply machines.

Shift pattern

• The role may include non-traditional shifts, including nights and weekends.
