Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Facilities Operations Manager based in Abu Dhabi, with opportunities to work remotely as needed.

The Facilities Operations Manager will oversee daily operational activities, manage the maintenance of office facilities, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating preventive maintenance schedules, managing vendor relationships, supervising facility staff, and ensuring the functionality and efficiency of office infrastructure.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Facilities Operations and Facility Management (FM)
  • Proficiency in Operations Management and Preventive Maintenance
  • Strong Supervisory Skills and experience in managing teams
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with local safety regulations and compliance standards
  • Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Previous experience in a legal or professional office environment is advantageous
