We are currently seeking an experienced and highly organized Facilities Manager to join our team in the United Arab Emirates.

- Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of facilities, buildings, and infrastructure
- Develop and implement facility management policies, procedures, and maintenance programs
- Manage facility budgets, vendor contracts, and service providers
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities
- Monitor facility performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead facility teams and ensure efficient resource utilization
- Support workplace planning, space management, and operational efficiency projects
- Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in facilities management, property management, or building operations
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and building systems
- Experience managing contractors, vendors, and maintenance teams
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving and project management abilities
- Professional certifications such as IFMA, FMP, CFM, or equivalent are an advantage
