is seeking an experienced
FMS Manager
to lead and oversee all facility management operations, ensuring a safe, compliant, and high-quality healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end facility management operations (MEP, HVAC, civil works, housekeeping, security, waste management).
- Ensure compliance with

- , and other regulatory and safety standards.
- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance plans to ensure uninterrupted hospital operations.
- Manage third-party contractors and service providers, including SLAs and KPIs.
- Lead and develop FM teams while ensuring high performance and accountability.
- Control FM budgets, cost optimization, and resource planning.
- Coordinate closely with clinical, engineering, and administrative departments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field.
- **7+ years**
- of experience in facility management, preferably within
- healthcare or hospital environments
- of at least 3 years.
- Strong knowledge of hospital infrastructure, compliance, and safety standards.
- Proven leadership, vendor management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in Saudi Arabia is highly preferred.
