Facilities Manager

• Own and manage the overall safety environment for the facility, facility grounds, and safety for the maint e nance department.

• Collaborate with National Leaders to p rovide strategic direction and overall maintenance management of the facility, grounds, and all physical infrastructure. Manage and oversee all contractor projects , major construction projects, and capital expenditure ( CapEx ) initiatives. Own and manage the full facility maintenance budget, including forecasting, variance reporting, and cost control. Lead the hiring, development, evaluation, and performance management of the maintenance team. Establish and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and preventive maintenance programs for all equipment and systems. Own and maintain all assets within MaintainX , including asset records, work history, and system integrity. Partner with the National team on equipment procurement, installation, and facility improvement initiatives. Ensure all work areas meet safety, cleanliness, and regulatory standards. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to eliminate waste and improve facility efficiency. Serve as the primary escalation point for facility breakdowns after hours, on weekends, and holidays. Other duties as assigned.

• 7–10 years of facilities management experience, preferably in agriculture, biotech, cannabis, or regulated manufacturing. Demonstrated experience managing contractors and major capital projects.
