We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Facilities Manager to oversee the efficient operation, maintenance, and safety of our facilities.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing building operations, coordinating maintenance activities, ensuring regulatory compliance, and creating a safe and productive workplace environment.
You’ll work closely with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to support day-to-day facility needs and long-term infrastructure improvements.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Manage the daily operations and maintenance of office, commercial, or industrial facilities.
Coordinate preventive maintenance programs and repair activities.
Oversee facility-related vendors, contractors, and service providers.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and building regulations.
Monitor facility performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Manage facility budgets, contracts, and procurement activities.
Support workplace planning, space management, and office improvement projects.
Respond to facility emergencies and coordinate corrective actions when required.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, inspections, and compliance activities.
Drive initiatives to improve sustainability, energy efficiency, and workplace experience.
✅ Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Property Management, or a related field is preferred.
Strong knowledge of facility operations, maintenance management, and workplace safety practices.
Experience
managing contractors, vendors, and service agreements.
Understanding of health, safety, environmental, and building compliance requirements.
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and facility management software is an advantage.
Previous experience in facilities management, property management, or building operations is preferred.
