Role overview
Oversee day-to-day facility operations and ensure a safe, efficient, high-quality working environment.
The role is full-time and on-site in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily facilities operations, maintenance, and service delivery.
- Oversee MEP, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, civil, cleaning, and related services.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
- Manage contractors, suppliers, vendors, and service agreements.
- Monitor budgets, operational costs, SLAs, KPIs, and service quality.
- Conduct facility inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
- Coordinate renovation, fit-out, and improvement projects.
- Ensure compliance with UAE health, safety, environmental, and building requirements.
- Lead facilities teams and support continuous operational improvements.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of relevant Facilities Management experience.
- Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance operations.
- Experience managing contractors, suppliers, budgets, and service contracts.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with CAFM/CMMS or facilities management software is an advantage.
- UAE facilities management experience is an advantage.
