Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily facility operations and maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with contractors and service providers.
- Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Control facility-related costs and prepare operational reports.
- Ensure the availability and quality of cleaning, security, and other facility services.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in facility management and maintenance operations.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
