- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted for the minimum qualifications listed.
- Education
- High school diploma or completion of high school equivalence exam required
- Completion of formal apprenticeship training program to the satisfaction of DENSO management, or 2 years of industrial maintenance education or experience with extensive knowledge of industrial maintenance as determined by the job interview and evaluation process
- Work Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of industrial maintenance experience working with construction and / or maintenance of facility related systems, electrical, and / or HVAC
- AND ABILITIES
- Sufficient reading and writing ability à to follow maintenance, safety, and quality instructions and compile and record maintenance data
- Sufficient visual acuity (corrected) to read instructions, operate machines and tools, and visually inspect equipment, controls and components
- Sufficient manual dexterity to operate production equipment, test equipment, tools, and to handle material and components properly
- Sufficient analysis and planning skills to understand maintenance instructions, troubleshoot mechanical, electronic, robotic, hydraulic, and pneumatic operating systems and to plan work based on such information and analysis results
- Statistical process control (SPC) experience
- Programmable Logic Control (PLC) experience
- Valid driver license
- Ability to work in extreme temperature environments
- Ability to operate at heights that could exceed 65ft
- Willingness to wear required safety equipment and follow safety rules and procedures
